The guest house is conveniently located within a 10, minute walk to Worthing town centre and adjacent to the seafront. Guests can easily explore bars, restaurants, and the historical Dome Theatre. the rooms are comfortable, with well, maintained bedding and facilities. the kitchenette is a bonus, equipped with a fridge, microwave, crockery, and utensils to use. Breakfast offers a satisfying menu, including cereals, freshly prepared fruit, and a home, cooked breakfast. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
One reviewer mentioned that the house itself needs updating, but overall, it does not take away from the positive experience at the guest house.

Great breakfast and helpful staff! On my recent business trip, I opted for a B&B to try something different. the breakfast here was amazing, with lots of options and everything freshly cooked. the owners were also very helpful in recommending local places to eat and getting transportation sorted. the location was key, being close to both the promenade and town centre, making it easy to explore the area.
Strong dog smell and outdated decor Although the B&B was comfortable, it did have a strong dog smell which was off-putting. the decor could use some updating as it felt a bit old-fashioned.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a kitchenette for our convenience. Plus, the free WiFi was reliable and fast!
The guest house had a bit of an outdated feel to it, but some may find that adds to its charm. The smell of dogs in the kitchen area was a bit off-putting upon arrival.
